The Fall!!!

I wouldn’t be surprised if an egg festival exists. Set aside the pain of egg hitting your skin, the disgust that follows when the yolk bursts and messes all over and finally the most important experience of all... the smell that persists for days after (you might wonder whether I experienced it first hand to be able to describe it so. I have not gone through anything like this, but I know about the stench of the yolk well as I recall applying the egg over my head and hair. “Egg makes your hair healthy”, they say. I tried once, to not try it again😅😅). Anyway let’s come back to this. So you would second me when I say that you should be very careful when you carry eggs...very careful!!!😜
Last evening, I was outside my campus in the hopes of getting a few breakfast supplies. A general glance around in the store reminded me that I was supposed to buy eggs. I bought 13 much scrutinised round clean eggs and started my way back🤭. Before I could comprehend the situation, my feet tripped over a stiff, medium sized rock and I was on the jagged and stony footpath. A few bruises and scratches is all ðŸ˜‘😑, but the eggs......... I must admit, I have never seen so much yellow in a white poly bag😧😧😧😧. I got up, too scared to let that yolk dripping poly bag touch me and traced my way back to the shop. The astonished shopkeeper offered me another poly bag to put this one in and discarded the same. It seemed to me later that I probably was wayyyyyyy too determined to buy eggs for I bought another set ðŸ˜•. This time I trod carefully back the same path. Slowly walking with my eyes open for any silly rock that would stop me from taking eggs to my room..... anddddd I was successful in the second attempt!😉😉
